Three good commentaries in the Post this morning. The GPS case recently heard by the Supremes directly motivated two of the articles, one recounts some legal history pertaining to fourth amendment protections, especially with respect to wiretapping, and another largely lamenting the passing of any notion of privacy in our society. Another constitutional angle is marvelously framed by George Will, who describes cases moving forward in the legal debate about government judging speech about government.
