In our last exciting adventure we learned how the feds can close a web business on the spot without much in the way of pesky formalities, like once involving the judicial branch of government. They can do this because they want, and apparently they exercise this power more all the time. The latest news and comment has to do with JotForm, whose domain name was returned eventually but without any explanation of what had been the problem or how the company (which might well have gone under for the situation) could avoid this in the future.
