Compilation of medical record breaches in the US

Computerworld reports on recent data breaches of patient records which were severe enough to warrant reporting to the government, under federal law concerning inappropriate medical information disclosures. There are some doozies.

A federal site called the “wall of shame” by the industry gives top level details of these breaches.
