No cert for challenge to immunity in wiretap law

The US Supreme Court declined to grant cert to an appeal by plaintiffs who claimed ATT infringed on privacy and other rights, but who lost the challenge based on immunities granted by federal wiretap laws. With the present USSC (in)action, that ruling will stand. Thus, the warrantless electronic spying will continue.
