That statement hasn’t been true in a while, but HHS officials just released an ambitious new plan to have some 35 federal agencies leverage your data, not only your EHR but now with mining of your usage of cloud activities and mobile data services.
For what purposes? Whatever they want, apparently but among those who gather and get your data are Department of Justice, NASA and the FCC.
