Yet another great illustration of why software engineers need to look at the entire system, not just the software, when solving problems. Danny White’s Chevy is registered in the District of Columbia, where his vanity plates say “NO TAGS”. Which means he ends up getting the tickets every time an officer issues a citation for someone whose vehicle has no tags. (Get it?)
If only vanity plates allowed us to include enough characters to register a plate as “; DROP DATABASE”
