You don’t have to go in person to the MVA to experience delays and frustration – now you can experience these on line too! Maryland’s motor vehicle administration has been plagued with issues over the last two days, with glitches still being tracked down.
Sounds like some changes were required in order to reflect new laws which go into effect starting Monday – not unprecedented, since October 1 is the traditional date each year when new laws take effect – and the system was not yet quite up to handling them.
