A contractor is pushing back hard against on-line reviews posted by a very unhappy customer, who stands by her comments. One side claims an exercise of free speech, the other claims damage and obviously wants to chill this sort of thing in the future.

Updated: A judge has ordered the customer to remove some (not all) of the reviews and to refrain from spreading them elsewhere. This is something of a split decision. The defamation case brought by the contractor is still moving forward.
