If you have residential internet service from one of the top six carriers, then within a few days all of your content will be scanned so bureaucrats can decide whether you are inappropriately accessing copyrighted content. Yes, the RIAA strikes again. Those deemed to be offenders will have access throttled until they get special “education” classes – or worse.

(The net of course already has a synopsis about how this won’t possibly slow down real offenders.)
