FTC sued for lack of enforcement on privacy agreement

Epic has filed suit against the Federal Trade Commission over its failure to enforce the terms of a privacy agreement it reached with Google. Epic sees Google as blundering forward with new privacy policies that are (our term) lack-of-privacy policies with consumers, which should be tighter if the company was adhering to the restrictions sought by FTC as a result of prior action. But so far, no fed action, and hence the suit.
